This one-year long survey was conducted by Kurdistan Region Statistics Office and the Centeral Organisation for Statistics and Information Technology of the federal government with financial and technical support from the World Back covering all Iraq during the period 1/11/2006 – 7/11/2007 . For this purpose, in each governorate 297 household were chosen as samples, and each household was visited during 18 waves to fill the information forms.
